POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a Sub contract Window Cleaner for our exterior cleaning division. Responsibilities would include window cleaning for high-rise buildings, building washing and pressure washing.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• High-rise building window washing using a bosun’s chair/rope access
• Pressure washing using high pressure jet spray machines
• May be required to move heavy equipment / material required for the job

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or GED required, trade certificates would be an asset
• At least 1 year experience in high-rise window cleaning
• Fall protection certification required
• SPRAT/IRATA (at least level 1) certification required for rope access
• Swing Stage experience an asset
• Own vehicle and a current Class V driver’s license preferred
• First Aid certificate is an asset
• Must be able to operate required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Excellent time management skills; diligent and completes work in a timely manner
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use e-mail effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a part of a team
• Honest, Reliable and trustworthy
• Demonstrate flexibility and sound work ethics
• Ability to deal with customers in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
